Jack has been actively involved in the city fringe market for over 4 years following a number of years experience in the industrial leasing sector.
Since focusing on the inner city Jack has established himself as one of Brisbane’s leading commercial specialists, having struck numerous successful deals & fostering great business relationships with many inner-city property owners & occupiers.
Jacks’ focus as Sales & Leasing Executive is co-servicing the Brisbane Northern fringe & other inner-city locations.
Born into a family with strong entrepreneurial roots, Aristotle brings a natural and genuine approach when achieving the best result for his clients.
After working in law firms for over four years (and undergoing a Law and Accounting degree), Aristotle diverted his interests and passion to all things commercial property.
Due to Aristotle’s genuine interest in commercial property, he has quickly become a well-respected specialist for sales and leasing within Brisbane CBD and City Fringe.
Chris joined C Property QLD in 2023 and is an integral part of the team, his key focus is providing a wide range of experience and outstanding service to our clients.
Chris’ responsibilities include overseeing exceptional end-to-end service of our sale & lease campaigns, creation of detailed commercial information memorandums & proposals, electronic direct marketing creation & disbursement, detailed financial breakdowns for large-scale assets, creation & distribution of all public & internal marketing material, extensive design work internally & for clients, general office operations, executive assistance, client relationship management, CRM software maintenance, contracts administration & general office operations.
Antony has over 18 years experience working in the commercial property industry in valuation, property management & leasing roles. He is responsible for a management portfolio in excess of $300 million & has personally completed hundreds of leasing transactions in addition to overseeing many others working with leasing agents on behalf of his clients.
Prior to establishing the C Property Management business, Antony worked with some of Australia’s major commercial landlords including Dexus, Investa, QIC, Lend Lease & Charter Hall in delivering tenant engagement strategies across their office & retail portfolios. He is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent & holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate & Development) & Masters of Urban Planning from the University of Queensland.

Nicole has over 16 years of commercial property management experience in both Queensland & Victoria having spent several years working for CBRE in their Retail Asset Services division managing a portfolio of substantial shopping centre assets in South East Queensland. Following that she worked in-house for a large private commercial property owner and was responsible for over 40 assets across Queensland and Victoria which included retail centres, retail strip shops and office buildings.
Nicole is a very organised and proactive commercial property manager who delivers exceptional service for her clients.
Courtney is an experienced Commercial Property Manager with a proven track record in optimizing real estate portfolios for profitability and tenant satisfaction. Skilled in lease management, strategic relations, financial analysis, budgeting, and implementing cost-effective maintenance programs.
